When you place an order, we call/email you back to confirm the availability and the delay of delivery to the pick-up location, then we collect it from the creators, package it and:
- for Kinshasa – bring it to our studio (conveniently situated in a central but calm area with private parking) where you will be able to make the payment and pick it up.
- rest of the world – send it with a courier. Don’t worry, your PayPal payment will only go through after the confirmation of your order. If some of the items are not available the amount will be recalculated and sent to you for confirmation.
